Finally our house permit is CLOSED!!

Final inspection conducted today and if you have ever had a building inspector come by you know there is a 50/50 chance he is in a good mood. We got the same guy who did our mid renovation inspection and he was brief and quick. Thank goodness! He saw the outer work and commented on trim and made sure we had carbon monoxide detectors in the house. Oh happy day!! Check that off the list as a job well done husband!
